Hot Tubs: In accordance with the Sevier County Health Department all hot tubs are cleaned and treated prior to your arrival. Because of the cleaning involved the water may not be warm until later in the evening of your arrival. Please note hot tub usage is at your own risk. Please leave the bromine floating device in the hot tub at all times as this helps to continue sanitizing the water during usage. Please leave the hot tub cover on the hot tub when not in use. There are health risks associated with the use of hot tubs and you should consult your physician if using one is right for you. Please shower with soap and water before and after using the hot tub as some lotions, deodorants, perfumes, etc. mixed with the hot tub chemicals can cause a skin rash. Rental Agent assumes no responsibility for any occurrence associated with hot tub usage. Guests with heart disease, diabetes, high or low-blood pressure, or any serious illness and pregnant women should not enter the hot tub. Guests with skin, ear, genital or other body infections, open sores or wounds should not us the hot tub due to the possibility of spreading infection. Children under the age 12 are prohibited from using hot tub unless accompanied and supervised by their legal guardian.

Bunk Bed Liability Waiver :
Guest specifically acknowledges that the property to be rented has bunk beds for use by guests, and that the use of the bunk bed and surrounding area are at the guests’ “own risk”. Guests assume full responsibility and liability for usage of these facilities.
If Guest chooses to bring a child, (or children), to the property, then Guest agrees to accept full responsibility for child’s safety. This includes use and access to the bunk beds. Guests are always solely responsible for monitoring children and others. The Owner, ARR Cabins and host accept NO responsibility for anyone’s safety, nor liability for misuse or accidents.
Guest agrees to all these conditions and agrees to always supervise any child or others while staying at the home. Guest further agrees to hold Homeowner, ARR Cabins and host harmless, and to indemnify Homeowner, ARR Cabins and host for any injuries to anyone while using the bunk beds, surrounding area, and in the home and/or on the Property.
